Claps originates from the 20-year experience of a pool of qualified professionals in the field of tourist entertainment, whose mission is enforcing an original “concept” of tourist entertainment, that along time has undergone a fundamental evolution.

Operators need teams of entertainers ready to offer innovative programs and high quality services, and to ensure the satisfaction of an ever more competent, demanding Guest.

Claps is a company specialised in hiring, selecting and training tourist entertainers for tour operators, hotel chains, entertainment agencies and holiday villages.

For the summer of 2008, Claps aims at hiring 500 entertainers that will work in 4- and 5-star facilities around the world.
To achieve this target, Claps has been advertising and making searches in Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Austria and Slovakia, receiving over 10,000 curricula per year!!!

 

Claps' selection procedures, specially developed by a pool of experts, are aimed at optimising, through free internship periods, the selection of  the candidates, who during a whole week end are trained and tested about all tourist entertainment activities. Claps selects entertainers from all over Europe, with or without experience.

Claps constantly promotes the professional growth of the entertainers it has selected and of the various department heads through meeting, refresher courses and qualifying courses.
In cooperation with FitEducation, Claps organises and gives training courses for innovative activities in the Wellness sector (Pilates band, yoga mind, flexzone, Aquafusion), and promotes/coordinates training initiatives for Juniors and Miniclubs.
